The 900 Folsom Street and 260 Fifth Street project will represent what the Project Sponsor hopes to be San Francisco's first true foray into sustainable, transit oriented residential development on a large scale, located in the heart of the city. We live here, eat here, play here, and complain about the fog here, and want to build housing that truly reflects the diversity and innovation of this city.
